Savoury Vinegars - Peppers Garlic
A mild to medium blend of Jalapeno, Habanero and Fresno chili peppers.
1 tbs finely chopped parsley
1 tbs finely chopped chives
1/2 tbs dry mustard
1/2 cup oil of your choice
1/4 cup pepper
4 tbs Savoury Peppers vinegar
1tbs Savoury Lemon Lime vinegar
1 scalion finely chopped
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, blend well. Chill before using and keep refrigerated.

Try Hot Peppers vinegar for beef.
Try Rosemary vinegar for poultry.
Try Pineapple Ginger vinegar for pork
Remember to add vinegar back to your bottle after ever use. Use vinegar with the lowest acidity you can find. Store on counter - does not need refrigeration.
1 cup oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp Peppers Garlic Vinegar
Marinate meat for 1 - 2 hours. As meat cooks, inject 1 tbsp of leftover marinade into centre of meat.
