Savoury Vinegars - Oregano
Creamy Italian Dressing
1 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp Oregano Vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Blend well and store in fridge.
Use a plain Greek yogurt instead of the buttermilk for a creamy Greek dressing.
Spicy Bean Salsa
1 can black eyed peas drained
1 can black beans drained
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red sera no pepper
1 cup tomatoes chopped
1 cup olive oil
4 anchovy fillets finely chopped
5 tbs Savoury Oregano vinegar
1 tbs capers finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well Keep refrigerated.
