Savoury Vinegars - Lemon Lime
500 ml bottle
Poached Salmon

Bring 1 inch water in pan to a simmer.
3 tbsp Lemon Lime Vinegar
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
Salmon steaks

Cover and simmer until fish flakes with a fork. Remove with slotted spoon and serve immediately.

Cool and Creamy Crab Dip

8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup Greek Style yogurt
1/3 cup Miracle Whip
8 oz crab meat drained
1/2 cup frozen spinach drained
2 green onions chopped
1 cup frozen green peas thawed
3 tbs Savoury Lemon Key Lime 
1/2 tbs Savoury Ginger vinegar
Salt pepper to taste

Mix cream cheese, yogurt and Miracle Whip until well blended. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.

Remember to add vinegar back to your bottle after ever use.  Use vinegar with the lowest acidity you can find.  Store on counter - does not need refrigeration.

Lemon Lime

Lemons are a hybrid between a bitter orange and citron, and the juice of a lemon is 5%-6% citric acid. They were first grown in northeast India, and were brought to Europe in the 8th century. Key limes were first cultivated in the Florida Keys at the beginning of the 20th century.
