Savoury Vinegars - Kumquat
1 large tin fruit salad or cocktail drained
Mix juice with
3 tbsp Kumquat Vinegar
3 tbsp rum
Refrigerate 4 - 6 hours, stirring a couple of times.
Citrus Herb Cream Cheese Dip
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbs mayonnaise
2 green onions finely chopped
1 tbs orange marmalade
1 tbs Savoury Rosemary Tangerine
1 tbs Savoury Kumquat vinegar
Blend all ingredients. Keep refrigerated.

Spread the dip on crackers. Use mandarin orange sections for a bright topping.
Remember to add vinegar back to your bottle after ever use. Use vinegar with the lowest acidity you can find. Store on counter - does not need refrigeration.
Kumquats are native to south Asia and the Asia-Pacific region. It is a small spiced orange eaten with peel left on.
