Savoury Vinegars - Dill
500 ml bottle
Savoury Side Dish

2 med tomatoes diced
2 med zucchini diced
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp Dill Vinegar

Mix all ingredients, let sit for 1-2 hours. Store in fridge.

Tangy Olive Egg Salad Dip

4 hard boiled eggs chopped
15 stuffed green olives halved
2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tbs Miracle Whip
3 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs Savoury Tomato Vinegar
1 tbs Savoury Dill Vinegar

Mix the mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, mustard, and vinegars in a glass bowl until well blended.  Stir in the chopped eggs and olives.  Sprinkle with black pepper.

Dill

Dill is used world wide as a spice and as a garnish. It is used as a flavouring in soups, vegetable and fish dishes.

250 ml bottle w/cane vinegar
